the sizing of these are 2 sizes smaller then they are labeled, so if you wear a 12 better order a 16.

I loved the "classic" jeans I had purchased before and wanted to try these (basically for a different color option). While they are quality jeans, I found the sizing was not the same as the "classic" fit. The waist is smaller. I can get them on, but the result is not pretty--belly fat overlaps the waistband. Perhaps it's because I don't understand the difference in the sizing descriptions from one type to the other, but that should be made clear in the description (that the fit is not the same even though they both purportedly have a "natural waist"). I would have returned them, but decided they will be my "incentive" pants... the ones I will exercise and diet my way into.

I like my Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda Stretch Denim Jeans. Just beware that they run a little small. I ordered a size larger than usual just in case they ran small, and they are still a little too tight. They aren't too tight to send back, but if I knew they ran small I would've went 1 more size larger.

Have a terrible time finding this product in the stores, at the time I ordered from Amazon they only had two pair available, thankfully they were exactly what I was looking for. They fit better than any jean I have ever tried and believe me I have tried a lot of different brands, I love the fact that they have the average petite size as the regular petite is too short for me. I'm short, only 4'11 1/2" but my height is in my legs. If you have the same problem these jeans are for you.

Hi Your size 4 short petite feel like a 6R. The waist line was so big, i can put both my hand in it. I bought you size 4 short petite before, at the stores. It always fit before. But I always have trouble finding size 4 at the store. I have not seen it for a long time. That's why i tried for the first time to buy it on line, and paid more than the store. I also tried to wash it and dry it. it still so big. Margaret Chu
