This product is good quality and good value for money. I would recommend it to anyone.

I bought Verde Rigid 32 x 29. It was a perfect fit until I washed. Then it shrunk a bit. So be careful with the inseam when you order. Despite this, I like this jeans. The color is good and I love the Rigidity. Even after a couple of washes, it remains rigid. 1 Star down for the shrinking.

First of all, let me say, these jeans fit like a glove, the sizing is excellent, for you big guys out there, you will love them. They make us look great. Now....the dreaded button-fly, this thing is absolutely AWFUL, if you are a big drinker don't do it unless you are wearing rubber underpants because if you are in a hurry to...lets say...evacuate, it ain't gonna happen with button-fly jeans. Other than that the quality is top notch, and you really can't beat this price.

Don't be as stupid as the Levi Corporation. Although Levi jeans manufactured in the 1950's sell for thousands of dollars in New York, the company has relentlessly degraded the product for 40 years now, trading on their name alone. They are actually so stupid as to try to compete with the slaves in a Chinese concentration camp by accepting products manufactured in Africa and South America. The original rivets are gone, their "denim" fabric is the worst quality; all seams fray, especially cuffs; belt loops fall apart; and the only appearance achieved is shabby tissue. These fools do not have the intelligence to realize that people would pay hundreds of dollars for jeans produced on the design, material, and workmanship of the 1940's. Stop living in the past.

Nice Jeans, but I didn't realize they had buttons. No problems getting them returned with Amazon

This is an excellent pair of jeans for casual wear. No regrets about buying this one.

Just like they sell in the stores with no hassle, sales tax or shipping cost. Arrived in 2-3 days. Couldn't ask for more,

The 501 straight leg jeans for sure shrink more than the 501 orginial stf jeans. Got the black color, they looked dark blue upon inspection. But once washed the black color really came out. Amazon has all the 501 styles, but should take better care to explain the differences. That way people would not get so upset when thay buy relaxed fit 501's,but actually think thay bought orginial fit 501's. Most people either love or hate the Levi 501 series.

Absolute junk! I've noticed a decline in the quality over the last decade, i.e. the pocket stitching actually pulling away from the pant and making holes within months. But the new denim fabric is probably half the weight / thickness as it was for last year's 505s. I've been wearing 505s for construction since the early 80s. The new "denim" feels less substantial than their Dockers line. Levi, you've lost a 30+ year (once dedicated) customer.

I've been buying 505's for many years; I could hardly believe my recent order was supposedly the same product. The material is *much* thinner than it was even a couple years ago, and overall they look like flimsy knockoff copies of the genuine article. If you are considering buying these, don't just take my word for it, look at the other reviews that discuss the dramatic recent drop in quality; ignore these only at your own peril, like I foolishly did. The only consolation is that for $22 a piece, they are not such a bad deal for generic casual pants and as such I will probably not endure the hassle of returning them, but had I paid anything close to list price I would have felt royally ripped-off. They will certianly be the last Levi's I ever buy, however. Too bad, it feels kind of like losing an old friend.

Levi's 501 shrink to fit are the best kind of jeans ever... I also have to say that they are probably only sold in the US because I bought this on Amazon because when I was in Germany I could not find them in the stores they sold the other 501s but not the shrink to fit ones... I strongly recommend to never wash these because if you do they'll get ruined and the color will fade out and it will shrink... other than that these are very good jeans and they look good on anything...

I have been wearing 501 Shrink-to-Fit since the early 50's and I won't have any other. The quality has slipped a little but I still prefer the 501's to any other jean "hands down". They are tough and will take a beating and will wash out nicley enough to wear to Church. What looks nicer than a white shirt and a pair of neat 501 Shrink-to-Fit Levi's? Been wearing them for over 45 years and just would not want to change now. They are great no need for changes. I will be wearing them until the cows come home. :)

i bought two pairs black and blue. i love these jeans i wear them everyday. once you break them in they are the most comfortable jeans ever. i would suggest wearing them without washing them for about 5 or 6 days, then jump n the tub or a hot tub with them on sit in it for about 30 minutes. then let them dry on you and there you go. the best jeans ever. but you have to wear them for a while (maybe a month or 2 before they start to get just right). wash them the least amount you can.

The pair i got from Amazon are pretty much like the STF 501,s i have been wearing for 40 yrs. Yes during that time the denium got thinner, the buttons got smaller and they took an American icon out of the country. But this is still the same style of jeans Levi have been making for over 100 yrs. and i love that. High waist,no pre washed denium. Quality and comfort, thats what makes them an enduring classic, from your great grand dad, down to your little brother. If your looking for a low rise or skin tight style 501,s are not for you. They were never ment to be that. They were designed with the working man in mind.

It shrinks a lot, I mean 'a lot'. I suggest Amazon gives customers suggestions, for example: "If your size is 31/32, please choose 33/34 because this jeans will 'shrink' to fit".
